* Perform routine inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic civil issues. * Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules. * Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns. * Replace damaged parts, fixtures, and equipment. * Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas. * Monitor tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies inventory. * Report major repair needs to supervisors or management. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Keep records of maintenance work completed. * Assist with installation of new equipment or systems. * Coordinate with external contractors when required. ### Daily Duties * Checking lighting, AC systems, water supply, and electrical systems. * Inspecting doors, locks, pumps, generators, and fire safety equipment. * Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. * Painting, carpentry, or minor renovation work if needed. * Ensuring common areas are operational and safe. ### Required Skills * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. * Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. * Time management skills. * Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely. * Communication and teamwork skills. ### Qualifications * High school diploma or technical certification. * Experience in facility maintenance preferred. * Knowledge of workplace safety procedures. ### Working Conditions * May require standing for long periods. * Possible shift work or emergency call-outs. * Indoor and outdoor work environments. ### Performance Expectations * Timely completion of maintenance tasks. * Reduced equipment downtime. * Compliance with safety standards. * Proper documentation and reporting.
